JR Chapa, Owner of JR'S Concrete started in the concrete construction industry in 1988 in Ft. Lauderdale Fl. He moved to the Austin Area in 1990 and started pumping concrete for Capital Pumping on big commercial and residential projects.

In 1994 JR started his own business. He starting with residential jobs, then expanded to light commercial jobs. From there, he branched out into heavy commercial and recently he began working with Texas Department of Transportation (Tx DOT) on Highways I-30, I-45 and Highway 183.

Pouring a machine poured curb and gutter on a Tx DOT job at 183 and 620.

JR'S Concrete Construction invested in a Gomaco Curb Machine and has also started working on both commercial and residential scale curbing jobs .
