JR Chapa, Owner of JR'S Concrete Construction started in the concrete construction industry in 1988 in Ft. Lauderdale Fl. He moved to the Austin and Central Texas Area in 1990 and started pumping concrete for Capital Pumping on large commercial and residential projects.

In 1994 JR started his own business with residential jobs, then expanded to light commercial jobs.

From there, he branched out into heavy commercial jobs and recently has began working with Texas Department of Transportation (Tx DOT) on several Highways, from Highway 183 and FM 620 to I-45 and the new I-30.
